Abstract
Perovskite (PVSK) solar cells (PSCs) have developed rapidly in recent years[1]. To move towards modularization. In my research, I explore the relationship between blade coating speed and blade coating temperature, and the best blade coating process conditions that will apply to the slot die coating. We found that blade coating speed and coating temperature greatly influence the growth of crystals[2, 3]. It affects the roughness of the film, the size of the PVSK crystals, and the thickness of the film. When the coating temperature was low, PVSK crystals showed small, significant differences in film thickness, discontinuous and poor film quality. But the coating temperature goes high, PVSK crystals large, small differences in film thickness, and continuous and great film quality make high performance of PSCs. The optimal conditions identified are a blade speed of 1cm/sec at 130°C, achieving 16.28% efficiency. Applying these conditions to slot die coating at 130°C and 0.8cm/sec results in a high 13.95% efficiency.
