Abstract

The utility model proposes a double-sided solar cell and a solar cell module composed of the same. The double-sided solar cell includes a solar cell substrate, a bus electrode, a plurality of first finger electrodes, a plurality of second finger electrodes and a plurality of conductive pads. The bus electrode is disposed on the first surface of the solar cell substrate and extends along the first direction, and the bus electrode is adjacent to the first side of the solar cell substrate. A plurality of first finger electrodes are disposed on the first surface of the solar cell substrate and extend along a second direction different from the first direction. One end of each first finger electrode is connected to the bus electrode. A plurality of second finger electrodes are disposed on the second surface of the solar cell substrate and extend along the second direction. A plurality of conductive pads are disposed on the second surface of the solar cell substrate and are spaced apart along the first direction. Each conductive pad is connected to one end of at least one second finger electrode, and each conductive pad is adjacent to the second side of the solar cell substrate.
