Abstract
The invention discloses a solar cell structure which comprises a conductive substrate, a light-transmitting conductive substrate, an accommodating space, a working electrode layer and a light guide channel layer, wherein the accommodating space filled with electrolyte is formed between the conductive substrate and the light-transmitting conductive substrate. The working electrode layer is positioned in the accommodating space and is arranged on the bearing surface of the conductive substrate. The light guide channel layer is arranged between the working electrode layer and the light-transmitting conductive substrate and is used as a traveling channel of light rays transmitted by the light-transmitting conductive substrate, so that the light rays reach the working electrode layer to generate working current. The solar cell structure of the invention avoids the problem of low photoelectric conversion efficiency caused by the fact that part of light is absorbed by electrolyte first. In addition, the light guide channel layer can also prevent the working electrode layer and the counter electrode of the light-transmitting conductive substrate from being contacted carelessly, so that the light guide channel layer also has the effect of preventing the battery from being short-circuited.
